Turkey Sausage, Sweet Potato, & Broccoli Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz or 2 packages of turkey sausage

  • 2-medium sweet potatoes cubed

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli

  • 1 Tbsp butter

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 and add sausage, diced potatoes, and chopped broccoli to a cookie sheet pan.

  2. In a skillet, melt 1 Tbsp butter then add garlic to pan. Now add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar to pan and bring to a simmer until slightly thickened.

  3. Drizzle sauce over sausage, potatoes, and broccoli

  4. Cook for 25-30 minutes
