HOMEMADE PIZZA

Ingredients:

Crust:

•1 cup whole wheat flour 

•1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 

•1 tbsp baking powder

•1 tbsp olive oil

•2 tbsp italian seasoning 

For toppings:

•1/4 cup pizza sauce

•8 turkey pepperoni 

•1/4 cup low fat cheese 

For dip:

•1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

•2 tbsp ranch seasoning 

•1 tbsp italian seasoning 


Directions:

-Preheat oven to 400.

-Mix together all ingredients for crust. Once it begins to crumble together use your hands to form it into a ball of dough. Knead for about 1 min on a floured surface.

-Press out onto a baking sheet into whatever shape you’d like.

-Add all toppings of your choice and bake for 13-16 minutes!

-While Pizza bakes make dip by mixing yogurt with Ranch and italian seasoning!!
