CRUNCHWRAP SUPREME
Ingredients:
For taco seasoning:
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper
For the wrap:
3 oz of lean ground beef
2 tbsp your favorite queso or nacho cheese
1 whole grain tortilla
1 carb balance tortilla
1 hard taco shell
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
2-4 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
Directions:
- Start cooking ground beef in a pan over medium heat
- Mix taco seasoning in a bowl and add to ground beef after it has started to brown
- After the meet is fully cooked, start to assemble. Start by putting queso cheese onto the tortilla then add your ground beef on top.
- Add the hard shell tortilla, then greek yogurt, lastly add the lettuce and tomatoes
- Add the small tortilla to the top of that then fold in the tortilla. (Watch video for how to fold)
- Cool each side until desires firmness and the wrap is held together!
