HOMEMADE GUACAMOLE

Ingredients:

  • 3 avocados

  • 1/2 lime

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion

  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  • salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

-Slice open avocados and throw away the pits. Add avocado to a medium sized

mixing bowl

-Dice cilantro and onion and add to avocados

-Now mash with a fork until you get a smooth consistency

-Now slice lime and add juice of half of the lime to avocado mixture

-Now add salt and pepper to taste (you can add any seasonings)
