SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup cane or coconut sugar

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp cream of tartar

  • 2 cups almond flour

For the cinnamon & sugar mixture:

  • 1 Tbsp sugar

  • 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

-Preheat oven to 350.

- In a large bowl add egg and sugar and whisk together until all combined.

-Add butter, vanilla, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar and mix together until combined.

-Set aside and in a small bowl combine cinnamon and sugar.

-Roll balls into about 1 inch size then roll around in the cinnamon, sugar mixture.

-Put on baking sheet and press down gently until they flatten a little bit.

-Do for all cookies and then bake for 10 minutes and let cool before eating.
